If you are in the UK, it's free shipping for all orders (orders with Deodorant balms and under £14 will have a shipping fee of £4.70)! If you are in Europe, it's £2.48*. Otherwise it is £3.15* unless you are in Australia and New Zealand (£3.30*). *Orders with Deodorant balms will be charged more, please check on the final checkout page.

If you are from outside of the UK, you will see the postage calculated for you after you have entered your address in the checkout page. In special circumstances where we are unable to send to your country, we would cancel your purchase and refund your payment within 48 hours.

From the moment you have received the order dispatch confirmation email, you should expect your products to arrive within three working days. If your orders haven't arrived within four working days of purchase, please get in touch with us.

We accept paypal, mastercard, visa and american express.

You can type it in the discount box in the checkout page. The discount will be applied automatically.

If you are unsatisfied with our products within 7 days of receiving and would like to return it, please send it back to us with Royal mail large letter and email our customers service to state the reasons for return. We would promptly refund the cost of the order as well as the return postage (up to £5).

To keep your FRUU fresh, please store them in a cool and dark place. Please use within 12 months of opening.
