Trade terms

These terms apply to every order placed through a FRUU trade account. By placing a trade order, you agree to them.

Trade accounts

  • Trade accounts are for businesses buying FRUU products to resell. We review every application, and we may decline an application or close an account that no longer meets this.

Prices and payment

  • Trade prices are per unit and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the standard rate.
  • Payment is by card at checkout. We provide a VAT invoice for every order.
  • If we make an obvious error in a price or in our stock levels, we'll contact you, and we may cancel the affected items with a full refund.

Minimum order and case sizes

  • The minimum order is £100 of products, ex VAT. Carriage doesn't count towards it.
  • Products are sold in whole cases. Case sizes are shown on each product and on the quick order form.

Delivery

  • Carriage is free on orders of £200 or more ex VAT. Below that, it's £9 + VAT.
  • We deliver to business addresses in Great Britain. For Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, please email us before ordering.
  • We usually dispatch orders within 5 working days, unless there's a product shortage. If anything is out of stock or made to order, we'll tell you when it will be ready, and you can wait for it, swap it or have it refunded.
  • Christmas 2026: to receive your order before Christmas, please order by Friday 4 December.
  • Delivery dates are estimates.

Damaged, faulty or missing items

  • Please check your delivery when it arrives, and tell us about any breakages, faults or missing items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email photos of the items and the outer packaging, with your order number, to info@fruuurskin.com.
  • We'll replace or refund the affected items. You don't need to send damaged items back unless we ask.

Returns and cancellations

  • Trade orders are firm sale. We don't accept returns of unwanted or unsold stock, and we don't offer sale or return.
  • If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can't cancel an order once it has been dispatched, or items we've made specially for you.

Selling FRUU

  • Our RRPs include VAT and are recommendations only. You're free to set your own selling prices.
  • You're welcome to sell FRUU in your shop and on your own website. Please ask us before listing FRUU on Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop or other online marketplaces.
  • You can use our product photos and descriptions to sell FRUU. Please don't change product claims, ingredient lists or labels.
  • Testers are for display and sampling only, not for resale.
  • We can supply product safety information and ingredient lists on request.

Legal

  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we've received payment in full.
  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we're not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
  • We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
