Refund policy

Our happiness promise

If you are not happy with your FRUU order, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Email info@fruuurskin.com with your order number and the reason for your return, then send the product back to us by Royal Mail Large Letter. Once we receive it we will refund the cost of your order plus your return postage (up to £5) to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights

This does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards cannot be returned.
